As of Sunday afternoon, All-star Kyrie Irving was involved in a blockbuster trade that will send him to the Dallas Mavericks to play with the MVP front runner, Luka Doncic. Reporter Chris Haynes of Bleacher report stated that Kyrie has stated he is ecstatic about the move. Irving is set to make his debut for the Dallas Mavericks on Wednesday during the team's upcoming road game against the Los Angelos Clippers. The Blockbuster trade saw Irving and power forward Markieff Morris get dealt to Dallas for a 2027 first-round pick, Spencer Dinwiddie, Dorian Finney-Smith, and second round picks to the Brooklyn Nets according to Wojnarowski. Irving will still play with former teammate All-star weekend in Salt Lake City. I am anxious to see the reaction between the two. Although I am sure it is all love, I still want to see the reaction. As we all know Kyrie's first option was the Los Angelos Lakers to team back up with the great LeBron James. But it was the owner Joe Tsai who refused to trade Kyrie Irving to the Lakers stating he would trade Kyrie anywhere, but the Lakers because that's where he wanted to go. I feel that is crazy, and I know this situation was related to the comments Kyrie made months ago related to jewish people that caused him a 8-game suspension. We could also tell this hurt LeBron because of his tweet saying " Maybe It's ME". I am not a fan of this trade, because I feel that Kyrie and Luka are two ball dominate players. Also my question is who is taking the last shot? What are you all's thoughts on the trade? Who won the trade and who loss? In other news around the NBA, LeBron James has a another opportunity tonight to pass Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the NBA's all-time leading scorer which he held for over 40 years . He is only 36 points away, and the way he has been scoring this year, I see him getting it tonight! What are y'all thoughts?
